At Gracesmall, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a request.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item was purchased within the last 30 days
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
All original tags are still attached
The item is in its original packaging

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or discounted items
Intimates, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at service@gracesmall.com with your order number and reason for return
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@gracesmall.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
