Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages
